Flag and Port State Control

Certificates and reporting issues are both a concern for the flag administration and a risk of detention for the corresponding ship(s). CLS is offering solutions to mitigate these risks, reduce administrative burden for your flag and provide advanced services to your fleet.

CLS provides technical and administrative support to your flag administration in order to reduce the number of LRIT non-reporting ships. On your behalf, CLS can contact corresponding ship-owners and operators in order to trouble-shoot directly with them identified LRIT reporting issues.

As such, CLS is issuing LRIT Conformance Test Reports (CTR) on behalf of flag administrations. CLS is also issuing regular Business Intelligence reports to provide statistics and key figures to flag authorities in order to support day-to-day management.

Our solutions

  • Reduce administrative burden for your flag and save human resources in day-to-day management of LRIT “non-reporting” ships.
  • Reduce reporting issues and costs thanks to long-term significant and durable trouble-shooting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance of your ships and reduce risks of detention.
  • Follow up Port State Control (PSC) requirements.
  • Support day-to-day management with regular Business Intelligence reports.
